Abstract Submission

Please follow the guidelines given below for abstract submission and follow up process.

1. ABSTRACT STRUCTURE



  • The abstract must be in American English.
  • The abstract must be original, unpublished and must not have been presented earlier.
  • The abstract for original research paper should be structured under the headings
    • 1. Background and Aims
    • 2. Methodology
    • 3. Results
    • 4. Conclusions
    with maximum word count of 250 words. The word limit would exclude the topic, author names and references in the count.
  • Only one image shall be allowed for the abstract submission.
  • We encourage you to provide abstracts which clearly communicate the information. Abstracts without results and conclusions or stating “to be discussed’ will not be considered.
  • Only research relevant to regional anaesthesia would be accepted
  • Ethical approval shall be mandatory for acceptance of the abstract. Therefore, the author should state the same during abstract submission.
  • Ethical approval may not be required in specific cases listed beneath: case report and case studies with patient consent and research on artificial model
  • Abstract must be uploaded online the MS Word (.doc, .docx) format and through the online process.

4. STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR YOUR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION



  • Online registration for the conference is mandatory for the presenting author.
  • Provide a valid email, as further intimation and communication shall be via email.
  • The submitted abstract shall be peer reviewed.
  • The Scientific committee reserves the right to accept or reject a presentation following this process.
  • If the submission is accepted, you would receive a confirmation email.
  • You will be sent a template for preparing the E- poster on Powerpointpresentation
  • E-posters will be displayed at the specific conference venue on LCD screens.
  • No print of posters would be required for display.
  • You must be present at the venue on the time and date intimated to you in the acceptance email.
  • All abstracts will be reviewed by a review boardand best 10-12 posters will be considered for podium presentation and awards.
  • Rest of the research papers/case reports/meta analysis will be presented as e-posters. Two best e posters will be awarded
  • Kindly comply with the allotted time limit (6+2 min) for presenting your paper to the jury.

5. COMPULSORY DISCLOSURES PRIOR TO SUBMISSION



  • I confirm that I previewed this abstract and that all information is correct. I accept that the content of this abstract cannot be modified or corrected after final submission and I am aware that it will be published exactly as submitted.
  • Submission of the abstract constitutes my consent to publication (e.g. conference website, programs, other promotions, etc.)
  • The abstract submitter warrants and represents that he/she is the sole owner or has the rights of all the information and content ("Content") provided to AORA 2020 (Hereafter: “The Organizers"). The publication of the abstract does not infringe any third party rights including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights.
  • The Organizers reserve the right to remove from any publication of abstract, which does not comply with the above.
  • I herewith confirm that the contact details saved in this system are those of the corresponding author, who will be notified about the status of the abstract. The corresponding author is responsible for informing the other authors about the status of the abstract.
  • Abstract should not be presented anywhere else prior to AORA 2020.
  • Intimation of acceptance will be sent by email.

6. AWARDS



You will be requested to confirm the following information at the time of submission.

  • The ten best E-Posters shall be selected by the reviewers for podium presentation and two best papers (based on the cumulative score given by the jury) shall be awarded 1st and 2nd prize.
